Repairs are done on a first come, first serve basis. Standard turnaround time for repairs is 2 to 4 business days based on the size of the repair queue. Repairs requiring special ordered parts usually take longer.

Generally speaking, turnaround is faster toward the end of the week than for PCs dropped off on Monday or Tuesday.  If you give us a call we'll be happy to let you know the status of the repair queue.
